A book is not merely a medium to convey stories, thoughts, poems, philosophical principles or moral rules. As much as its cover is never just the shell to a word-container.
Libraries and bookshops can be the paradise for readers and researchers, the safe harbour from which one can set sail to unexplored worlds.
To start off my day, as I do when I go to bed before closing my eyes yielding into Morpheus’ arms, I always open a book and read at least a few lines. It gives me the energy to face my daily tasks and to foster an imaginative nighttime.
This space will be devoted to those volumes that I am reading, I read and I will continue reading throughout my life, as I strongly believe that liber curīs amicus, a book is a friend in difficult times, but also a resourceful companion to improve our existence.
